Dark Moon Stories opens the door into fiction — original fantasy, mythology and strange worlds created specifically for listening. These are stories to sink into rather than simply follow: atmospheric, character-driven tales with enough mystery, danger and wonder to carry you somewhere else for a while.
Some will be long-running serials, unfolding over many episodes and different points of view. Others may be shorter journeys, side stories, lost histories or standalone pieces from worlds that deserve a little time of their own. Expect gods and demons, ancient powers, forgotten civilisations, hidden histories, impossible relationships, other worlds, strange beings and the occasional question about whether the monsters are really the monsters.
The first major serial is World Eaters.
Beginning in the void before humanity exists, World Eaters follows Lillith, Lucian and the beings created alongside them by an ancient race known simply as the Creators. Their purpose is terrifyingly simple: travel beyond the Citadel, discover living worlds and lead their makers to them.
Because the Creators do not colonise worlds.
They consume them.
What begins as a story of survival becomes something much larger. Lillith encounters alien civilisations, forbidden worlds and eventually Earth itself, where Gaia has plans of her own. Humans rise beneath the shadow of demons. Empires are built and destroyed. Atlantis becomes a weapon. Hell is not a metaphor. Love becomes tangled with war, loyalty, power and survival, and decisions made thousands of years apart begin to form part of something none of the characters fully understand.
At the centre of it all is Lillith: not a goddess, not a demon and certainly not human, but a being slowly deciding what she is willing to become for the people and worlds she chooses to protect.
And somewhere far ahead lies Victoria — a child whose existence may finally reveal what Gaia has been preparing for all along.
Dark Moon Stories is somewhere to disappear into, preferably with the lights low and the real world left outside for a little while. Episodes List Here –
